I'm ready to get started. What should I do?

That's great! Just head to my Running Coaching page and select Book Now. I'll be in touch to organise our initial consultation shortly after you complete your booking.

I'm a complete beginner. Can I sign up?

Absolutely! A coach will be of particular benefit to a brand new runner and I have lots of experience in helping runners get started in a safe and sensible way.

How is the coaching delivered?

Comprehensive plans will be sent via email, typically once a fortnight. The same goes for the subsequent feedback on your training. I will of course be in regular contact too; I'm with you all the way.

How do I pay?
The payment plan starts by signing up through the Running Coaching page. Once payment has been received I'll send over your first week's training. Payment will be taken at one month intervals.

What happens if I get injured?

My coaching will be specifically designed to help avoid common running injuries that are often down to over-training or inadequate recovery. However, if you do need to take a significant break from training due to injury we can simply pause your account and then adjust the plan accordingly when you do return to the road.

Is there a minimum time I can sign up for?

Yes, one month, as improvement in running takes time, consistency and discipline. However, even one month of good work will help sharpen you for an important race, perhaps. Hopefully you enjoy your new coaching so much you'll want to stay on longer!

Can I cancel coaching at any time?
I hope that you won't want to, but yes you can. Just let me know at least seven days prior to the end of the month.
