My coaching starts with an initial consultation. This can be over the phone or video call, or in person near to Brighton & Hove, UK. This is where I get to know you as a runner.

From there I will send over your in-depth, phased training plans on a weekly basis, with a view to having you understand the purpose of each session within the wider goal. The plans will be designed to fit around your life and commitments. I'll also provide pacing guidance for each run and be on hand via WhatsApp or email whenever you need some extra support.

I also want you to run with good technique, so expect lots of guidance in that area too. If you're local to Brighton & Hove, we can meet up for a run to have a check on your stride.

What do I need from you? Commitment, consistency and the willingness to succeed. Combine this with the right plan and you can't fail to improve, as these runners can testify!
